  • Gold, diamonds, sapphires
Comprising: a necklace of rope work design, centring on a horseshoe motif set with cabochon sapphires and brilliant-cut diamonds, length approximately 410mm, French assay and maker's marks; and a pair of ear clips, maker's marks, one diamond deficient.

Condition

Necklace with French assay mark for 18 carat gold and maker's mark. Ear clips each stamped 750 for 18 carat gold and maker's mark. Sapphires dark blue, transparent, typical inclusions visible under magnification, abrasions consistent with wear. Total diamond weight approximately 2.00-4.00 carats, diamonds bright and lively. Sapphire is necklace would benefit from new claws, some glue visible to reverse. Total gross weight approximately 94 grams. Secure clasp and clips. Scratches to metal consistent with wear.
