Comprising a necklace, two rings and a pair of earclips; the necklace, earclips and stacked-style ring designed as textured gold links set at intervals with round diamonds, the diamonds weighing a total of approximately 11.45 carats; together with a fluted gold ring with a diamond-set plaque set with old European-cut diamonds weighing approximately 2.85 carats, size 4; total gross weight approximately 197 dwts, necklace length 30 inches, with four detachable segments measuring 7½ inches each, each signed VCA, numbered 171H.22, 439.5A, CS 04302 and 2H41-18; the earclips signed VC&A, numbered 41378, with French assay marks; the stacked-style ring size 4¾.
Condition
In good condition. The metal throughout the pieces displays some light scratching commensurate with wear and some patina to the textured parts of the design and the reverse, not visible when worn. The diamonds are approximately F-G color, VVS-VS clarity. NECKLACE: Converts into 4 bracelets each approximately 7 1/2 inches long and has approximately 5.55 carats of diamonds. EARCLIPS: Length approximately 1 3/4 inches, maintaining good tension in the clip mechanism and with approximately 3.20 carats of diamonds. DOUBLE RING: Fitted with a sizing band that displays some scratching and a small crack which does not affect wearability. The shank is slightly out of round, thinning near the base, and displaying some nicking to the base of the shank. The diamonds weigh approximately 2.70 carats. FLUTED RING: Fitted with a sizing band. The shank is slightly out of round and displays scratching and nicking at the base. The 3 old European-cut diamonds weigh approximately 1.35 carats and the smaller diamonds weigh approximately 1.50 carats.
