Chiming in phase, however needs a service and cleaning, regulator gets stuck. Case in good condition, worn at edges, light scratches overall, the slide slightly separated from the band, scratches to the lip of the cuvette, band with some scratches and scuffs. Dial in very good condition with very light surface scratches near the center arbor. Hands with some loss of blue. Movement with some scratches and loss of finish.
