• gilt brass two train lever movement, jewels set in chatons, mono-metallic balance within a one-minute rotating tourbillon carriage • silver brushed dial, Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds dial with Arabic numerals • silver case, 18k pink gold bezels and crown, engine turned case band and case back, the back centered by the watch number, hinged case back to reveal a glazed cover • case, dial and movement signed • with an 18k pink gold F.P. Journe buckle
Condition
Movement running at time of cataloging, however it was not tested for the accuracy of time and may need service at the buyer's discretion. Case in overall very good condition, very light use with signs of oxidation to the lugs and to the case band at 12 and 6 o'clock. Slight scuffs to the bezel. Dial in excellent condition.

F.P. Journe introduced the T30 in 2013 as a celebration of the 30th anniversary of the construction of François Paul Joꦇurne’s first watch, which was also his first tourbillon. After five years of work, Journe completed the pocket watch in 1983, and the present limited edition watch mimics the construction and design. The watch, cased in sterling silver and pink gold, features the pocket inspired hinged case back to view the gilt dual-train movement with tourbillon. The present offering is a rare opportunity to own a special piece of history from one of the most revered modern watchmakers.
