Robert Greubel and Stephen Forsey launched their very high-end company based in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland in 2004 and stunned horological aficionados with their innovative timepieces which clearly demonstrate their twin goals of invention and excellence.

The following three lots are𒊎 an innovative interpretation of Greubel Forsey's renowned Double Tourbillon 30°. An inner tourbillon inclined at a 30° angle completes 1 rotation per minute. An outer tourbillon comp꧂letes 1 rotation in 4 minutes. Of the 385 pieces within the movement, 132 are devoted to the tourbillon. The 120-hour power reserve is guaranteed by four fast rotating co-axial barrels, one of which is equipped with a slipping spring to avoid excess tension. These highly technical elements ensure absolute precision and efficiency.

Furthermore, the Double 🐬Tourbillon Technique won the 1st price in the tourbillon category of the Concours International de Chronométrie 2011 (International Chronometry Competition) with 915 points out of a maximum of 1000.
