Condition
A Nayika Accompanied by Attendants and Musicians. This painting is illustrated in the catalog. Fair and stable overall condition. Pronounced creasing and discoloration on upper right folio border and image margin visible in catalog illustration. A tear to the paper on the lower folio border is not seen in catalog illustration. Further scuffing and discoloration to the rest of the folio border is not seen in the catalog illustration. Pronounced staining on the lower half of the image is clearly visible in the catalog illustration. The faces and figures of the ladies throughout are in good condition. This lot is exhibited in a temporary frame.
A Lady Being Advised by Her Sakhi. This painting can be viewed in the online catalog. Fair and stable condition. Slight scuffing to pigments to blue folio margin at the top and bottom. Losses to white pigment on the lower ground of the image and in the architectural elements. Slight staining to the lower ground of the image. Losses to pigment to the nose and skirt of central seated figure. This lot is exhibited in a temporary frame
