The gold tubogas necklace set at the front with round diamonds weighing approximately 1.10 carats, length 16 inches, adjustable, signed Van Cleef & Arpels, numbered N.Y. 21038; together with a brooch designed as a pair of feathers, set with single-cut diamonds weighing approximately .45 carat, accented by round rubies, signed VCA, numbered NY 112 SO.
Condition
Both pieces in good condition with some evidence of slight discoloration on the reverse of the brooch. NECKLACE: The diamonds on the clasp are approximately G-H color, predominantly VS clarity. Expandable and can be adjusted to different lengths. Nicely flexible, with gross weight approximately 48 dwts. Signed and numbered on the reverse of the clasp, fitted with a safety closure. BROOCH: The rubies are a bright medium to medium-deep pinkish red and moderately included. The diamonds are approximately G-H color, predominantly VS clarity. Dimensions of the brooch approximately 2 by 1 1/4 inches, gross weight approximately 8 dwts. Signed and numbered on the pinbridge on the reverse.
