Designed as a camel, the hump set with a lapis lazuli cabochon, the crown topped by a drop-shaped cultured pearl, the back leg accented by an oval-shaped pink sapphire, accented by round diamonds weighing approximately .40 carat and articulated gold fringes, signed Tiffany & Co., Schlumberger.

Condition

In good condition. Light scratches and abrasions visible to the polished surfaces of the brooch. The lapis lazuli displays a rich cobalt blue hue, one vein of quartz runs through the stone. The oval pink sapphire displays a light pinkish purple hue and and is slightly included. The cultured pearl has a white body color with a combination of pink and blue overtones. The signature is located on the interior of the camel's body near the reins, scratch no. 263 on bottom of foot.
