The handwrought openwork foliate motifs composed of heart-shaped leaves on meandering vines, accented by moonstones, total gross weight approximately 17 dwts, the brooch inscribed OD with Austrian assay mark; circa 1911.

Condition

In good condition, within minimal surface wear, commensurate with age. The moonstones are medium blue with soft blue adularesence. The gold exhibits some minor tarnishing on the reverse, but these spots are not readily visible. The earrings are approximately 2 1/4 inches long.
