In very good condition considering the piece's age, with a few small chips and one small nick all located on the edges of the box, but otherwise intact. The agate presents a light slightly grayish brown color and is translucent. The diamonds are near-colorless and decorative in quality. The calibré-cut sapphires are a nicely saturated medium-deep slightly violetish blue and slightly included. Dimensions approximately 3 1/4 by 2 1/2 by 1/2 of an inch(s).
