In good condition with some minor surface wear and scratching to the gold, not evident when worn. The two pear-shaped white diamonds are approximately H-I color, SI clarity. The round diamonds of yellow hue are approximately Fancy Intense Yellow to Fancy Yellow, each with a very slightly greenish hue, and approximately VS clarity. The marquise-shaped diamonds of pink hue are approximately Fancy Light Pink to Fancy Pink, predominantly SI clarity. Length approximately 1 3/4 inches.
