Condition
Not viewed out of the frame. The card undulates slightly but otherwise appears sound. There is a small tear to the card measuring approximately 1cm towards the centre of the upper horizontal edge. There are two incised lines running the length of the upper horizontal edge, and some traces of old adhesive above, thought to be inkeeping with the artist's working method. There are some scattered spots of staining and surface dirt across the work, most apparent in the bottom left corner. The sheet appears to have discoloured slightly. Subject to the above, the work appears to be in very good overall condition.
The work is window-mounted and presented between glass, so that both the front and the reverse of the card is visible, housed in a simple wooden frame.
