This print, on semi-glossy, double-weight paper with creamy tones, is in generally very good condition. The margin edges are rubbed, and the corners are lightly bumped and creased. When examined in raking light, there are 3 sharp handling creases in the left center portion of the print. In addition to the black ink illustrations and annotations ('December 25th, '88'; 'down by the Rivaside@Christmas' and 'New Years XXXXX all BEST wishes as ever, Peter Beard'), there are tiny, random ink deposits in the margins. The reverse is lightly soiled.
