Description
- Thomas Struth
- 'NORTH GARLAND COURT, CHICAGO'
- gelatin silver print
ferrotyped, signed, titled, dated, editioned '2/10,' and annotated in pencil on the reverse, framed, 1990
Exhibited
Chicago, Museum of Contemporary Art, City Self, November 2013 – April 2014
Condition
This print is in generally excellent condition. As is typical of ferrotyped prints, in raking light, a few pin-point-sized impressions in the right portion of the image and scattered superficial surface scratches are visible overall. These do not appear to break the emulsion and are not visible when viewing the print under normal conditions.
On the reverse, Struth has annotated 'Print: 1990' and 'No 40/2' in pencil.
