Condition

These platinum prints are in generally excellent condition. Setting the Bow-Net - The mount is soiled, creased at the upper right corner, age-darkened at the edges, and there 2 small tears along the lower and right edges. Faint foxing, primarily on the reverse of the mount, does not appear to affect the print. The title, plate number, and '256' are written in an unidentified hand in pencil on the reverse. The Village of Horning - There are sharp linear creases, a few tears, and age-darkening on the accompanying tissue overleaf. The edges of the mount are age-darkened and soiled, and there is a small loss along the upper right corner of the mount. On the reverse, '911,' '1886,' and '200 Edition' are written in an unidentified hand in pencil. Faint foxing on the reverse of the mount does not appear to affect the print. Gunner Working up to Fowl - The edges of the mount are age-darkened, and there is occasional foxing that does not appear to affect the image. The left edge of the mount is unevenly trimmed and there is a small loss to the upper right corner. The title, plate number, and credit are written in an unidentified hand in pencil on the reverse.
