Description
- gold, enamel, watch
- width 7.7cm, 3in.
rectangular with canted corners, the hinged lid centred with a white enamel oval timepiece inscribed 'Theremin', flanked by painted enamel figures of Terpsichore and Erato, the surfaces enamelled in opaque powder blue within paillon borders, the base with sliding compartment containing four gaming counters, illegible marks, the rim numbered 3275

Condition
Excellent condition. Two shallow and small chips to the white enamel of the watch face, to the right of the winding-key hole. The underside and the interior with very light scratches. Please note that Sotheby's does not guarantee the watch mechanism.
