of baluster form, painted with an archery lesson, the three figures on a pastoral island, within raised and gilded borders, with impressed factory mark  

Condition

Excellent condition. The gilding of the handle, the rim and the upper border with patches of wear to the glaze.

Founded by A.M. Miklashevsky in 1839, the porcelain manufactory at Volokitino won a silver medal at the All-Russian Industrial exhibition in its first year and gold in 1849 before closing in 1869.
