the body decorated with a bowstring band, the rim set with two rope-twist handles, the base cast with an apocryphal six-character Xuande mark, all supported on conical feet, the associated stand with an aperture to the center surrounded by three bat-shaped cut-outs (2)

Acquired in China prior to 1968, and thence by descent.
Condition
There is a crack in the base around one of the legs, and a small crack in the side of the body.There are minor nicks and signs of wear consistent with age.
