Condition
Overall in very good condition. The silver presents with a delicate relief that enhances the dynamism of the design. The enamel has been examined under black light and remains in its original untouched condition. The convex surfaces of the design with shallow and scattered indentations throughout, particularly at the proper right corner and at the center of the upper panel below the enamel decoration, visible in the catalogue illustration. Six pins missing along the edges of the frame, which does not diminish the security of the silver panel. Minor fading to the original wood frame, which retains its original hardware. A wonderfully dynamic design enhanced by richly colored enamel insets.
