Condition
Overall in good condition. The silver presents with a delicate martele treatment enhancing the dynamic and beautifully modelled design, particularly at the corners. The silver with light tarnishing and evidence of polishing residue to the recessed areas of the design. The enamel has been examined under black light and appears original and undisturbed. The wood of the reverse with very faint wear. The easel support has been reattached and should be handled with care. The wooden back is slightly loose in the frame. The glass front is likely not original and slightly loose in frame, with scattered minute edge chips throughout, none of which are visible once the glass is installed in the frame. A delicate frame of very nice scale.
