- Three-Light "Lily" Desk Lamp
- one shade engraved L.C.T.
base impressed TIFFANY STUDIOS/NEW YORK/320 - favrile glass and patinated bronze
Condition
Overall in very good condition. The lily shades are a particularly well-matched assembled set displaying complementary form and coloration. The shades are beautifully iridized and when viewed with reflected light display strong luminous color. The shade are in excellent condition. One shade with a minute pin-head size fleck to the top aperture rim (exceedingly minor and only visible under very close inspection when the shade is not installed.) Two shades with minor rubbing to the interior shade aperture. The patinated bronze surfaces of the base with gentle surface wear, minor traces of surface oxidation and light surface soiling and white surface residue to the recessed areas of the design. The bronze patina appears to have been slightly enhanced with green pigment, concentrated at the lower base. The base appears to retain its original switch which is fully functional. The three patinated floral bobeches and interior sockets all appear to be original and undisturbed. This charming lamp displays beautifully in person.
