Condition
The canvas is not lined. It is slightly loose towards the upper and lower right corners. There are some stretcher marks running horizontally to the upper part of the composition and a few minor small webs of craquelure in places. There is a pinhole along the right part of the upper edge and a few scattered fly spots in the sky. There is a thin line of minor surface abrasion along the upper part of the left edge, possibly due to previous frame abrasion. There is no evidence of retouching under UV light. This work is in very good condition.
