Provenance
Sale, Christie's London, 26th October 1994, lot 216, where acquired by David Bowie
Condition
Unexamined out of the frame. The sheet appears to be attached at all four corners, but not laid down. There are Artist's pinholes in all four corners, and associated creases to the sheet. The sheet undulates very slightly and is slightly turned up along the edges. The upper edge of the sheet is unevenly cut, in keeping with the Artist's technique. Some of the passages of felt tip are very slightly faded. There are one or two specks of studio matter in the lower right quadrant. Subject to the above, the work is in excellent overall condition.
The work is floating within a window mount and held in a simple wooden frame under glass.
