Condition
Left panel:
The canvas has not been lined. There are areas of craquelure throughout the canvas, notably to the thicker areas of impasto. There is some surface dirt. There is some rubbing and abrasion to the canvas edges.
Central panel:
The canvas has not been lined. There are areas of craquelure throughout the canvas, notably to the thicker areas of impasto. There is some surface dirt. There is some rubbing and abrasion to the canvas edges.
Right panel:
The canvas has not been lined. There are areas of craquelure throughout the canvas, notably to the thicker areas of impasto. There is some surface dirt. There is some rubbing and abrasion to the canvas edges with some resultant specks of paint loss. There is a small vertical tear to the canvas approximately 4cm in length in the lower right hand corner.
UV light inspection reveals no evidence of any retouching or restoration to any of the panels.
All three canvases are not framed.
