Condition
Original canvas. The canvas is very slightly loose and undulates very slightly. The tips of the thicker impasto elements have been very slightly flattened in places. There is a light layer of surface dirt. Small areas of the canvas are visible between pigments, possibly in keeping with the Artist's technique. Subject to the above the work is in excellent overall condition.
Inspection under UV light reveals no obvious signs of restoration or retouching.
The work is held in a simple painted white wooden frame.
