on four scroll and shellwork feet, with a matching rim, the center engraved with later arms within a border of scrolling foliage and flowers, rim reshaped circa 1835

as noted re. rim, original arms removed resulting in some softening to edges of engraved foliate border, a few minor surface scratches, otherwise good
