the slightly domed cover enameled to simulate tobacco leafe and inscribed in Cyrillic, "American," the edge with simulated paper tax band, the sides engraved with flowers, the base with a presentation inscription, interior gilded, marked on base, 88 standard

cover with small split to seam at front right corner, some letters on simulated label at right scored, possibly to take niello or enamel, rare to have simulated tobacco enameled ground, otherwise good
