Condition
The cover has been broken in half and restored and there are several small chips to the edges, some of which are painted over. The tureen has overall minor glaze abrasions/chipping to the edges. There are residues of a metallic paint overall, possibly suggesting that the tureen could have been previously cold-painted, which has rubbed off.
