comprising two silver filigree examples, one by Mikhail Andreev, Moscow, 1881, 84 standard; a silver case with vesta compartment, apparently unmarked; a carved fruitwood case with gilt-metal double headed eagle; two carved birchwood cases, one painted with a flying duck, the other applied with silver plaque enameled with sailboats. Together with an embossed and gilt leather coin purse with reverse-glass painted portrait of Nicholas I, circa 1840, and three period cigarettes, one from A.N. Bogdanov and Co., St. Petersburg and two from Laferm. 10 pieces.

Condition

one filigree case with a few patch repairs at corners; the silver case with minor dents to corners; the wood cases with light surface scratches; the coin purse with wear to leather and interior, the leather cover loosened, the portrait with some signs of possible humidity
