each painted in a Kakiemon palette with a flying fox and a squirrel nibbling a grapevine, crossed swords marks in underglaze-blue.

Condition

Both with some minor occasional rubbing to the enamels in the cavetto area; one has an approximate 2-inch fine haircrack running down from the rim edge and and an associated pinhead chip along the haircrack on the reverse. Otherwise in good condition.
