There is restoration around the mid point of the handle, possibly covering a chip. There is restoration to Zeus's left hand and his right leg and foot, possibly covering chips or haircracks. There are some minuscule occasional chips to the edges of the wreath on his head. Three horses have restorations to their heads and front legs and the fourth to its front legs; the restorations are very well done and difficult to detect. The fish's tail in the center is restored; the overspray extends to the adjacent areas. There is restoration to the mermaid's tail. There is an approximate 3-inch haircrack running from the stem behind the mermaid upwards. All restorations are very well done and difficult to detect with the naked eye.
