Description

  • 10.5 cm
the first tapered cylindrical, of striated orange agate mounted en cage with inscribed rim, "L'amitié vous l'offre", the second of amphora form, set with two coral masks of Silenus, coral rose finial and pearl borders, Vienna.  Together with an octagonal silver-gilt child's rattle with coral teether, hung with three bells, maker's mark only SD, circa 1720. 3 pieces.

Condition

first with chip to base panel, some cracks to body; second good, old repairs to the last and some bells missing
