Condition
Colour:
The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the light pigment tends more towards soft cream in the original.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. Close inspection reveals some light tarnishing to some of the raised areas of pigment and a few faint rubmarks in places, notably towards the edges. Extremely close inspection reveals a small number of very faint and unobtrusive pinprick-sized media accretion scattered in isolated places. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolet light.
