Of leaf-shaped design, claw-set with a heart-shaped diamond within a surround of marquise- and pear-shaped rubies and marquise-shaped diamonds, size N, numbered, French assay marks.

Condition

Accompanied by The Gem & Pearl Laboratory report no. 13349, stating that samples of the rubies are of East African origin, with no indications of heat treatment. French assay marks for 18 carat gold and platinum. Stamped OR for gold. Indistinctly numbered 1950 and inscribed C. 1.19 X3. Rubies dark reddish colour, transparent, typical inclusions visible under magnification, abrasions consistent with wear. Heart-shaped diamond weighing 1.19 carats, in our experts' opinion this diamond is G Colour, estimated VVS2 Clarity. Estimated total diamond weight of remaining diamonds approximately 3.00-4.00 carats, similar colour and clarity. Sizing band fitted. Scratches to metal consistent with wear. A couple of the diamonds slightly loose in their claws. In good condition.
