Description

The oval dial applied with blue steel hands and Roman numerals, the bezel and shoulders millegrain-set with polished onyx, single-cut and rose diamonds, inner circumference approximately 145mm, dial indistinctly signed Cartier, numbered, French assay marks.
Condition
Mechanical movement not in running condition at time of cataloguing, please note that Sotheby's does not guarantee future working condition of watches. Dial very faintly signed Cartier, partial maker's marks, case numbered 10209 and 15290, one lug numbered 9234, clasp numbered 3433 and 33433, clasp and case stamped with French assay marks for 18 carat gold, case and lugs stamped with French assay marks for platinum. Onyx with minor scratches. Diamonds bright and lively. Dial with signs of ageing, glass with a few scratches, signs of wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 27 grams.
