Designed as an orchid, pavé-set with brilliant-cut diamonds of yellow and near colourless tint and circular-cut rubies, size H, signed Cartier, numbered, French assay and maker's marks, box stamped Cartier.
Condition
Rubies of Burmese origin cannot be imported into the US; this piece may contain a ruby of Burmese origin and therefore may not be able to be imported into the US. Certification of non-Burmese origin is required before the import of rubies into the US. Please see our Important Notices and contact the jewellery department for further information.
French assay marks for platinum and gold, stamped PT950 for platinum. Signed Cartier. Numbered 04916B. Estimated diamonds of yellow tint weight, 0.80-1.20 carats. Estimated total diamond weight of near colourless diamonds, 7.00-8.00 carats, estimated colour G-I, estimated clarity VVS-VS on average. Four rubies, weighing approximately 0.15-0.25 carats, dark reddish colour, typical inclusions visible under magnification, abrasions consistent with wear. Two sizing pip fitted to inner shank to reduce the ring size. Scratches to metal and abrasions to stones consistent with wear. In good condition. Box stamped Cartier. Accompanied by Cartier certificate, insurance and sale documents.
