Catalogue Note
Accompanied by a Patek Philippe presentation box.
Ref. 5147 is fitted with Patek Philippe's patenꦅted annual calendar mechanism which automatically corrects the date for months with 30 and 31 days. It only requires correction once a year at the end of February. Interestingly, the relatively simpler function of Ref. 5147 is accomplished with a higher parts count than the brand's own perpetual calendar wristwatch Ref. 5140: 355 individuals parts compared to 275 for the perpetual.
