The movement is running at the time of cataloguing, and is in good condition. Dial is nice enamel intact. Later oak case with some scuffs and fissures but still nice. In 1830, John Roger Arnold and Edward John Dent entered into an agreement of ten years. In the last years of John Rogers life, from 1840 to 1843, the firm was titled J.R. Arnold and was located at 84 The Strand.  This lasted until his death in 1843.  Following his death the firm was purchased by Charles Frodsham.
