• cal 20''' brass gilt 3/4 plate English lever escapement movement, cut bi-metallic compensation balance with peripheral timing screws and blued balance with terminal curb, index-regulator, diamond endstone, chatons for the lever, the escape wheel and the fourth wheel, shuttle mechanism to set the time • 18k yellow gold cuvette white enamel dial, thin Roman numerals, subsidiary dial for the day surronded by retrograde date indication , fan-form aperture for the moon-phases, aperture for month, outer minute track with 1/5 second indication for the chronograph, numbered every 5 minutes • 18k yellow gold demi-bassine case, fluted band with a slide for the repeater and pusher for the chronograph and the setting • movement and dial signed, case, dial and movement numbered

Condition

Please note that the movement has not been checked for timekeeping accuracy and Sotheby's will not be held responsible for any repairs should they be require. Movement is in working order while cataloguing and in very good condition. Dial in good condition and very well done. Case with small scuffs due to use and age and the use of the knife to open the back.
