The movement is running at the time of cataloguing, please note that Sotheby's does not guarantee the future working of the movement. Dial in very good condition. Case with very few scuffing, seems to be rarely worn, clear hallmarks.

Catalogue Note

The modern Pagoda watches, ref. 4900 for ladies and ref. 5500 for gentlemen, were inspired by the 1950's ref. 2441, also known as the 'Eiffel Tower'. The ref. 5500 were created in 1997 in limited series and were produced in 1100 examples in yellow gold, 500 examples in pink gold, 250 examples in white gold, and 150 in platinum.
