Catalogue Note

With a Breguet certificate, an instruction manual and a presentation box.

Total diamond weight is approximately 10.80 carats.

Abraham-Louis Breguet established Breguet in 1775 in Paris. Pioneered several imminent technologies in the world of timepieces such as the tourbillon and repeating mechanism, Abraham-Louis Breguet earned the title “The Father of Modern Horology”. He was known to all the European courts at the time and he provided tiܫmepieces to such historical figures as Louis XVI, Marie-Antoinette and Napoleon I, as well as being the watchmaker of reference for diplomatic, scientific, military and financial elites.

Harmoniously blending high-tech appeal with haute joaillerie, Breguet unveiled the ref.5359.  Housed in a sculpted 18k white gold case, further adorned with 134 baguette-cut diamonds (weighing approximately 10.37 carats) and 356 circular-cut diamonds (weighing approximately 0.50 carats) on the dial, this timepiece dazzles and exudes refinement. The slanting B-shaped running seconds hands on the tourbillon shaft and the pavé-set diamond 💮just make for a well-balanced dial, creating an even more resplendent sparkling effect.

To date, the brand’s essence iꦅs still true to Abrahaꦅm-Louis Breguet’s technical principles, artistry and traditional values. Ref 5359 is an exceptional example of fine horology as well as being an impressive piece of jewelled craftsmanship.
