Condition

The canvas is lined. UV examination reveals a few small spots of retouching to the centre of the lower left quadrant as well as one spot of retouching to the roof in the upper left quadrant. There are two repaired tears with associated retouching to the roof of the main house in the foreground (each approximately 12cm. long) and a further small retouched tear to the left of the bird to the lower right (approximately 2cm). This work is in overall fairly good condition.
