Condition

The board is stable. There is a layer of varnish preventing UV light from fully penetrating, however UV examination reveals scattered small areas of retouching predominantly to the yellow background and along the upper edge. There are two raised diagonal lines across the composition which appear to be inherent to the board. The board is slightly warped. There is a small dent in the board towards the centre of the left edge. This work is in overall fairly good condition.
