Gouache, pastel and collage over etching on paper. Executed on thick cream wove paper, not laid down, and floating between the mount and the frame. All the collage elements appear to be secure and all four edges are deckled. The sheet is time-stained and there are some spots of discolouration, predominantly to the lower part of the composition. There is a faint horizontal line of staining towards the lower part of the lower half of the composition, and there is some tape lifting to the right most red element at the centre of the right edge. There is a further tape loss to the red element in the lower left corner which results in some pigment loss. The colours are bright and fresh and this work is in overall good condition.
