Condition
The canvas is not lined. There is a layer of varnish preventing UV light from fully penetrating, however there do not appear to be any signs of retouching visible under UV light. There are some fine lines of craquelure and paint shrinkage in places and some light frame rubbing along the edges. This work is in overall good condition and could benefit from a clean.
