Condition

Executed on cream wove paper, not laid down, attached to the mount in three places along the upper edge and floating in the mount. The left and right edges are deckled. The paper is very slightly undulating, due to the application of medium. There are some artist's pinholes to the upper left and the lower left and right corners. All four edges are reinforced with tape. There is a loss to the paper surface at the upper right corner and a further loss towards the centre of the lower edge. There is a repaired tear (approx. 15cm. long) at the centre of the lower edge, a small tear to the centre of the left edge, and a further tear to the lower right corner. There is a small area of paint loss to the centre of the right edge and to the lower left corner. This work is in overall good condition.
