Purchased at the above sale by the present owner

Condition

Executed on Japan paper, not laid down, hinged to the mount in two places along the upper edge and floating in the mount. The lower edge is deckled. There is a small loss to the upper left corner, a tear approx. 6mm long to the centre of the right edge, a nick to the centre of the left edge and a further tiny nick towards the upper part of the right edge. The sheet is undulating, in part due to the medium used, and there are some fine creases in places, most prominently to the centre of the right edge. There are a few very faint spots of foxing to the background. This work is in overall good condition.
