Comprising a necklace, set with seventeen graduated jadeite cabochons of fine translucency and emerald green colour, spaced and completed by princess-cut diamonds; and a pair of earclips, the diamonds altogether weighing approximately 18.30 carats, mounted in 18 karat white gold, length approximately 425mm. Condition
Colour and Clarity: According to the Jadeite Testing Certificates, the jadeite cabochons are natural, Type A Jadeite Jade. Please refer to the certificates for details. In our opinion, the jadeite cabochons on both necklace and earclips are matching and have good translucency, of emerald green colour. Upon strong illumination, there are only minor cloud inclusions and a few very tiny dark green spots, but not seen in normal lighting. Diamonds together weighing approximately 18.30 carats, are about E to G colours, VS clarity.
Condition: The jadeite cabochon is of double-cabochon cut, karat white gold mount, in mint condition.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that jadeite and rubies of Burmese origin and articles of jewellery containing jadeite or rubies of Burmese origin all less than 100 years old may not be imported into the US. The purchaser's inability to import any item into the U.S. or any other country as a result of these or other restrictions shall not justify cancellation or rescission of the sale or any delay in payment. Please check with the specialist department if you are uncertain as to whether a lot is subject to these import restrictions, or any other restrictions on importation or exportation.
