Description
- Emerald, Diamond, Platinum
Centring on a step-cut emerald weighing 21.96 carat, flanked on each side by two modified shield step-cut diamonds weighing 0.76 and 0.74 carats respectively, mounted in platinum. Ring size: 6¼
Condition
Colour and Clarity: According to the SSEF and Gübelin reports, the emerald is natural, of Colombian origin, with no indications of clarity modifications; and according to two GIA reports, the 0.76 and 0.74 carat diamonds are both D Colour, VS2 and VVS1 Clarity respectively. Please refer to the reports for details. In our opinion, the emerald is of medium intense green colour, lively and nice crystal. Under the 10x loupe inspection, the emerald is noticeably included with fingerprint inclusions and a few are lightly surface reaching, but do not affect the liveliness of the stone.
Condition: Platinum ring mount, with minor hairline scratches, otherwise in very good overall condition.
