Description
- Colour-Changing Sapphire, Diamond, Platinum
Set with a cushion-shaped colour-changing sapphire weighing 13.31 carats, to the circular-cut diamond shoulders, mounted in platinum. Ring size: 6½
Condition
Colour and Clarity: According to the Gübelin report, the sapphire is natural, of Sri Lankan origin, and with no indications of heating. Please refer to the report for details. In our opinion, the sapphire is of medium tone, displays a strong colour-change from blue in daylight to violet in incandescent light, very good face-up brilliance. Under the 10x loupe inspection, there are minor fingerprint and tiny crystal inclusions, with occasional pits at the girdle but not visible to the naked eyes. The diamonds are about J to K colour, SI clarity.
Condition: Platinum ring mount, shows signs of normal wear, overall condition is good.
